I hope someone could kindly share the recipe for vanilla cream filling, the type used for Oreo cookies.

hid. veg. fat....28,17 %
skimmed milk powder....4,22%
What about Emulsifier ? There is no mention of any emulsifier in the above recipe.
I think you will use the fat which include emulsifier like lecithin... ıf there is no any emulsifier in fat ..so you can use lecithin as 0.5% of fat
