Seeking Sprouted Legume Flour Supplier for Industrial-Scale Production

The health trend of protein-enriched products is growing. Everyone is talking about protein, and most of them are also talking about plant-based protein. This could also be seen at the Expo West exhibition held in LA recently. In developing products that I have been involved in recently, I encounter various challenges, including how to take a step ahead of the others. In this context, I thought that this could indeed be done first by developing products that also do not contain gluten, and in addition, using protein from different types of legumes, but ones that have undergone the sprouting process, so that more protein can be extracted from the legume, and in addition to increasing the availability of amino acids as well as additional nutrients such as vitamin B or C. The sprouting process of the legume is tedious and requires an entire operation, so I asked: Does anyone in the community know of any suppliers of raw materials around the world who can provide legume flour (e.g. red or green lentils, peas, white beans, chickpeas, etc.) that have undergone the sprouting process? These are industrial quantities and not for boutique bakeries.
