You have to consider the following things while starting implementing HACCP in ur Company:
Hazard analysis with all potential risks list down from raw materials til finished products
Identify CCPs and their limits
CCP checking monitoring plan and corrective preventive actions list down
Validation of CCP Monitoring methods
Internal audits and teams
Food safety team and it's leader
MR allocation as it is also mandatory in ISO
External audits for certification
Documentations and their numbering
Proper traceability forward and backward
Correction of highlited NCs of audit
These are the main points to implement HACCP
