Is it useful to combine 2 kinds of yeasts,natural and artificial at the same time?
what is the product explain a bit more? mostly dry yeast is used in industries. mainly two kinds of yeasts fresh and dry yeasts. these both are used. but using natural i don't think is good idea it is costly and difficult to find the supplier/manufacturer. and fluctuations in product will be more as well.
Are you perhaps confusing artificial yeast with Autolysed yeast which is used for flavouring purposes only. No fermentation will occur from using this unlike fresh or dried yeast which of course will result in fermentation ??
