These challenges arise from the large number of ribbon burners that require ongoing adjustment and skilled operators to ensure consistent heat delivery.

To address these challenges, RBS has developed the Emithermic XE Oven—a cutting-edge solution engineered to deliver superior baking performance while reducing energy consumption and simplifying operations. The oven uses a centralized penthouse to deliver heat to the Thermatec panels that then delivered balanced heat and high radiant component required to develop the flavor and texture of the crackers.
