A Business Development professional with a background in international food marketing. Currently based in Italy working for global innovator in flavourings, extracts and essences, Synergy Flavours, engaging with both Italian and European leading manufacturers across multiple categories, particularly in the bakery and beverage sectors.
Graduated in Commerce (International) with Italian from University College Cork in 2013. Following graduation, he worked for Bord Bia - Irish Food Board in the Italian, Swiss and Maltese markets helping Irish food & beverage companies grow and expand whilst simultaneously completing a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Development.
Subsequently, he worked as Commercial Business Manager for Ireland at the 2015 World Expo in Milan, liaising with multiple key stakeholders and international corporations.
Before joining Synergy Flavours in early 2018, he represented a number of leading Irish food & beverage brands in a Business Development role in the Italian market with Bord Bia - Irish Food Board.
