Which endless rotary moulder belt is best for a gluten free biscuit?

Can i ask from your experience which rotary moulder belt is the best to extract a gluten-free product?

Hi Mike,

As Martin suggests , any problems are more likely to be related to formulation.  I would think that any good quality belt will give the same result.

Hi Mike,

Herring Bone weave is probably the best but should more like a formulation problem ?
