With over 30 years of professional experience in food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries, I am Corporate Process Manager and a Biscuits Specialist at M. Dias Branco, the largest company in the wheat derivatives sector in Latin America. I have MBA in Strategic Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
I have a strong track record of leading and delivering successful projects and industrial processes, with a focus on quality, safety, and efficiency. I have installed and started up 15 lines of cookies, pasta, cakes, and cereal bits in the last 10 years, working directly on some of the most popular products in Brazil, such as Nescau, Prestígio, Passatempo, and Personal Premium Cracker Piraquê. I have also built factories, managed technical and industrial systems, and structured and empowered teams. My mission is to apply my engineering and process management skills to create value and innovation for M. Dias Branco and its customers.
