Staffan Karlsson is a former Global Marketing Manager for the steel belt department at IPCO, formerly Sandvik Process Systems, where his career started in 1979. He has been "steel belt man" for 40 years with global experience that extends from production and mechanical engineering to service, sales and marketing. Previous roles include periods as Production Manager in both Sweden and the USA, as well as Global Service Manager and Sales representative for selective markets. Staffan has been married more than 25 years and has two children, a dog and a Harley.
