Hello Mrs Beyhan. Modified Starch from Waxy Maize will be needed using it at 10 - 12 %, while I need to know the Gluten Free Flour Mix which you are having under consideration. Please kindly email me your exact Technical request in my email address sevastos.xri@gmail.com.
