Paste-Coated Pearl Nib Sugar

Thanks to its unique combination of crunchy nib sugar and rich paste coatings, our Paste-Coated Pearl Nib Sugar delivers an intense flavour experience combined with an unexpected dual texture. The contrast between the soft nut or coffee paste and the crunchy sugar core creates a distinctive sensory profile, ideal for innovative bakery and pastry applications.

Our range is available in three flavours:

  • Pearl Sugar with Pistachio paste
  • Pearl Sugar with Coffee paste
  • Pearl Sugar with Hazelnut paste


And in two granulometries to suit different applications:

  • D10: 1.4 to 2.5 mm
  • D20: 2.0 to 4.0 mm


Our Coated Pearl Sugars are heat-resistant, maintaining their crunch even after baking. They can be used across a wide variety of applications, including inclusions in chocolate, decorations for ice cream, pastries and desserts.
