It is capable of pack style changeovers from slug to pile packs with the same feeding components. The line offers primary packaging options from small on-the-go flow packs to family packs with the same equipment. This unprecedented level of versatility also extends to secondary and end-of-line packaging, with a wide variety of carton and case styles.

The Two-in-One biscuit packaging system offers a wide variety of pack configurations with the same equipment. Options include single, pile or on edge slug packs with quick format changes and even faster product count changes per pack. It is possible to produce pile packs of up to 50 mm height and slug packs of up to 200 mm length. All changeovers are fully reproducible and can be performed by one operator. This unprecedented level of flexibility enables you to react to market trends quickly.

Maximum protection for your biscuits

Delicate and brittle biscuits? No problem. The system is designed with advanced gentle handling in mind. The biscuits are transported on the flat with very little contact. Overall, the high process safety of the entire system ensures that your biscuits are handled with care from the oven to the closed carton.
