I started working in the R&D department when I was 20 years old, since then I haven't changed the area, with more than 16 years of experience in the R&D area, I became an expert in biscuit development and acquired skills as laboratory analysis, pilot plant, bakery, raw materials, sensory evaluation, recipe development, R&D process, food science, food safety, food technology, new product development, key account customers, customer perception customer, cost reduction, product innovation, food processing, industrialization, food designer, project management, Business Planning, Packaging, Budgeting, Team Management, Leadership, European Regulatory, Driving for results, PMO and others. The experience was more than 10 years in Brazil and 6 years in Spain to date, where now my position is Head of R&D, leading development teams, managing large scale projects, innovation projects, leading the technology team of processes in different factories in Europe, due to the evolution of the biscuit and snack portfolio with more than 50 products launched in recent years in different categories such as shortbread, crackers, chocolate, fillings, sandwiches, snacks, breakfast biscuits, sugar-free, oatmeal , waffles, organic and premium range, cookies, among others, for different customers.
