Conveying systems

Procys offers belt conveyors and bends, modular belt conveyors, slat or chain conveyors for plates or moulds, and elevators and troughs for bulk products.

When products become misaligned or blocked, we can realign and reorganize them into rows. Our systems have the capacity to handle up to 300 products per minute (depending on size and shape of products).

If products are already placed in lanes, we can re-organize them into rows without contact between them by using individual belts. We can identify the exact position of each product, thanks to photocells. 

In addition, we have a system for controlling and determining the necessary corrections for changing the speed of each belt in order to align the products.

We can also merge and diverge products according to your needs.
