Andreas Stadtkewitz was introduced already very early in his life into the bakery business since his father owned a bakery.
When he was 15 years old he decided to follow his fathers footsteps.
Today Andreas Stadtkewitz holds diploma´s in applied baking sciences and a certification as master baker, with more than 25 years of experience in developing solutions for the baking industry.
His main areas of competence are trouble-shooting, new product development, recipe management and ingredient functionalities in relation to various production processes and applications.
