I serve as the Application Development Manager for the ASPAC region, based in the Singapore regional office. In this role, I provide advanced technical support on enzyme‑based processing solutions and guide customers in understanding the biochemical mechanisms, functional performance, and application benefits of enzyme systems within bakery formulations. My responsibilities include troubleshooting process deviations, optimizing dough rheology, improving crumb structure, and enhancing overall product quality through targeted enzyme and functional‑ingredient interventions.
I am committed to expanding my engagement within the baking and milling industry to deepen my expertise across diverse product platforms, manufacturing processes, formulation challenges, and process‑efficiency opportunities.
