AB Enzymes is an industrial biotechnology company specialized in enzymes and their various applications. Since 1907 we have been developing, manufacturing and supplying enzyme preparations for industrial applications worldwide. Our products range from enzymes for food applications to enzymes for animal feed and technical applications. The history of our registered brand VERON; started in 1957, when we introduced the first microbial enzymes for the milling industry followed by enzymes for the biscuit industry. Today we offer a comprehensive portfolio of enzymatic solutions for a versatile range of baking applications not only covering vast applications in yeast raised bakery products, but also into the biscuits, cracker and wafer industry.
