Bio
My name is Konstantina Pentaraki and I am a Research & Development Supervisor for sweet and savoury snacks at ELBISCO S.A. from May 2022. I started working at Elbisco on 2019 as a Research and Development Specialist in bread/ sliced bread section. Previously, I was in PURATOS HELLAS as a Research and Development Scientist in Bakery and Patisserie BU. In 2018 I completed my master's internship in PURATOS BELGIUM working on a project related on the replacement of antioxidants in fruit fillings with more natural solutions. On 2018, I also acquired my second master degree in Food Innovation & Management from Wageningen University. On 2016, I acquired my bachelor and first master degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the Agricultural University of Athens. Over the years I have worked in projects related to food microbiology, product development, responsible innovation etc.
