IEG: GLUTEN FREE EXPO & LACTOSE FREE EXPO 2018, THE INTERNATIONAL HUB DEDICATED TO FREE FROM NUTRITION

Few weeks before the ribbon cutting of the seventh edition of Gluten Free Expo, the international leading fair dedicated to gluten free market and products and the second edition of Lactose Free Expo, the fair dedicated to lactose free products and market, here are some previews of the 2018 edition, one of the richest ever.

The fairs are organized by Exmedia Srl, a company of IEG – Italian Exhibition Group, and they will take place at Rimini Business Space from 17th to 20th November 2018.

Gluten Free Expo and Lactose Free Expo confirm themselves as the ideal hubs of the respective fields that’s why the most important Italian and foreign companies have chosen thisinternational appointment to launch the latest product and impose the latest trends for the market.

The Organizers are proud to reconfirm the collaboration with Italian Trade Agency - ICE, Agency for the promotion abroad and internationalization of Italian companies, which has offered its support to the incoming of foreign buyers. This year the countries involved thanks to the collaboration with ICE are England, Scotland, Ireland, Romania, Canada and South Africa, while those involved by IEG are Spain, Israel, Germany, Sweden, Denmark, Finland.

In addition, on Monday 19th November one of the trade analyst working with ICE will present a focus on the free from Canadian market.

Year after year, the fairs obtained an increasingly international breath and for the third year there is a delegation of exhibitors coming from South Korea.

An important news of this year is the launch of the GDO program, which involves Coop and Despar.

In addition to the exhibition area, Gluten Free Expo and Lactose Free Expo have always given great importance to inside events.

For the 2018 edition there is a rich program of events during all 4 days long, such as show cooking, seminars, conferences and contests, not only in the common areas, but also in exhibitors' stands.

Greater attention will be given this year to the activities dedicated to the Ho.Re.Ca. sector, thanks to the collaborations with FIC – Federation of Italian Chefs, Conpait and CAST Alimenti who will inform and teach about the added value of gluten free and lactose free food service.

There will be competitions and awards, such as the sixth edition of the European Gluten Free Pizza Trophy organized in collaboration with the magazine Pizza e Pasta Italiana, the third edition of Gluten Free Awards created together with Tespi Media Group and the first edition of the Free From Functional Food Award with the partnership of Chiriotti Editori Group.
