Over the past two decades, I’ve founded and established Gruda Food Lab, the largest food development laboratory in Israel, supporting the local food industry from concept to shelf.
Our lab combines science, technology, and culinary creativity, delivering innovative, precise, and inspiring solutions — all driven by a genuine passion for food and baking.
