• Since the early 1990s, has disseminated knowledge and technologies for Wheat Flour Typifying & Treatment, Microingredients Application and Premixes Development & Production;
• Coordinator of the Analysis Equipment Sales & Technical Assistance for brands like Konica Minolta, Chopin Technologies and Parten Instruments in Brazil;
• Manager of the award-winning project to develop a clean label typified flours platform, made from segmented and fully traceable Brazilian wheat, with certified origin (Food Ingredients South America, FI Innovation Awards 2020); Having solid experience creating flours, breads, cakes, biscuits, pasta and many other products for the food industry; Inventor of patented products and author of technical articles published in Brazil;
• Teaching for several years in a most important Senior Wheat Miller Course in Brazil; Gives courses, training, and lectures at academic workshops, congresses, fairs, and events in the food and beverages market.
