With over 20 years of experience in R&D and innovation, including roles at Unilever and Mondelēz International, I specialise in translating scientific insights into scalable food solutions. Since joining Papadopoulos, I have led R&D teams, shaped innovation pipelines, and now drive corporate innovation, alongside processes and growth initiatives.
