I’m the Engineering and Operations Manager at Browning Oven Services Ltd, a UK-based specialist in industrial bakery oven services. Working alongside our Chief Engineer and a network of experienced engineers and specialist subcontractors, I coordinate planned maintenance, specialist oven and flue cleaning, inspections, repairs and refurbishment projects. Our focus is practical engineering, clear communication and organised delivery that takes pressure off busy bakery engineering and maintenance teams. My background combines an electromechanical apprenticeship with further engineering and mathematics study. I’m helping modernise BOS through structured project planning, digital job records and clear technical documentation, while building on the company’s practical baking-industry experience. I’ve joined Biscuit People to deepen my understanding of biscuit and bakery engineering, learn from other specialists, exchange practical experience and build professional connections across the industry.
