Dr. M. Hikmet Boyacioglu is the Principal Consultant at CGS Cereal & Grain Science Consultancy LLC in Kansas City, MO, USA. He also holds Adjunct Professor and Graduate Faculty Associate positions in the Department of Grain Science and Industry at Kansas State University. Dr. Boyacioglu received his Ph.D. degree in Cereal Science (with a minor in Food & Nutrition) from North Dakota State University. He is a former university professor, a cereal processing industry R&D executive, and an international freelance consultant. Dr. Boyacioglu is currently an Associate Editor of the Cereal Chemistry journal, published by the Cereals & Grains Association, and an Editorial Board Member of the Cereal Technology journal. He is a professional member of the Cereals & Grains Association (formerly AACC International), the International Association of Operative Millers (IAOM), the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), and the American Society of Baking (ASB).
