I am a Durability and Sensory Engineer at Perfetti Van Melle, a global leader in confectionery products. In this role, I lead and maintain a local sensory panel, implement and oversee sensory methodologies, and manage sensory QC analysis for a range of products. Additionally, I conduct stability testing and sensory analysis for both existing and new product developments, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards are met.
I have a strong research background in food prototyping, shelf-life studies, data analysis, and laboratory management, which I developed during my previous roles as an NPD Technologist at PT Fonterra Brands Indonesia and as a Food Technician at The Arnott's Group. I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Agricultural Industrial Technology from Institut Teknologi Indonesia, where I published a paper on the effect of probiotic biscuits on fecal microbiota. I am passionate about applying my skills and knowledge to create innovative and delicious products that align with consumer needs and preferences.
