A dedicated Food Science and Technology professional passionate about improving food quality, safety, and public health. As a graduate of the University of Karachi (Batch 2022–2025), I have built a strong foundation in food processing, microbiology, product development, and regulatory standards. My hands-on experience spans multiple leading organizations, including PSQCA, Sindh Food Authority, QCS Global, and PepsiCo. I have worked across laboratory environments, production floors, and field-based operations, conducting food testing, risk assessments, HACCP planning, and real-time surveillance during large-scale events. Alongside technical execution, I have contributed to public health advocacy with PANAH and the Global Health Advocacy Incubator, supporting national campaigns on eliminating industrially produced trans fats and promoting healthier food environments. I thrive in roles where science, policy, and industry intersect. Whether ensuring compliance, strengthening quality systems, or driving awareness for healthier communities, I aim to create meaningful, evidence-based impact.
