Our company has been established at the end of the 1950s by Sezai GOCMEN in order to produce machines based on foodstuff production.

Our company installs Wafer and Chocolate machines on turn-key basis right now.

Batter mixers, Wafer baking ovens, Wafer sheet coolers, Cream spreading machines, Wafer block cooling tunnels, Wafer cutting machines,

Chocolate coating (enrobing) machines. Chocolate cooling tunnels, Chocolate decorator machines, Nut Sprinklers.

We do not compromise quality during any stage of production and continues its activities via its Re-Dev department in order to increase capacity of products, maintain their smooth and safe operation, and decrease the manpower as much as possible.

All of the departments are collected in the 7500m2 machine factory and we rank at the top of the foodstuff machines’ producers in Turkey.

Gocmen Machine presents turn-key basis solutions to the customers regarding delivery of the wafer and chocolate production lines.

These solutions include installation of the machine, its operation, product formula information, product master provision if necessary and supporting equipment including spare parts.

We present to our customers the most convenient formulation which has passed the laboratory tests performed within our facilities in order to present a more tasteful product.

We undertake to test the machine lines at our facilities before their delivery to customers.
