Sugar free biscuit

which sugar substitutes ingredients are suitable for producing sugar free biscuit or cookie?

Actually difficiult as an industrial, but it seems xylitol will take big place i these studies . But is that healthy or not , for me not! İnstead of sugar free studies , we should focus low-sugar recipes using natural sugar source like steva,date paste , sucanat and agave syrupes as sugar replacer in some%! Also in this way we will be  forcing our recipe with vitamin and minerals . In Turkey some regions are using natural date paste juice decreasing sugar amount in the biscuit recipes.
